Sex is my meditation, and as if it were a yoga session, I turn on the music and go through different phases in a session, each with its different positions. It’s a time to enjoy my body with no shame and rush.

Usually I might take 30-45 minutes, sometimes even beyond the hour. Many times I finish the play session, I take a break, and later once my ass is relaxed, I still feel a bit of hunger. I might then go for a 10-15 minutes play that I call a bis. Occasionally even a second bis… and a third, having a pleasure driven day.

For me, a single dildo and position tends to last around 5 minutes, so to get a session and not end up bored after 10 minutes, I have learned to combine a variety of toys and positions to experience different sensations. The key to pleasure is in the variety!

As I said, it’s not much different from a workout routine or a yoga session, from warming up, its peak and its relaxation. The difference is that in a dildo session I cum anytime when mybody feels it’s the moment, without requiring me to complete any predefined routine.

When I start preparing a dildo party, I pick many of my toys with different shapes. It’s not like I pick 4 long dongs, but I would ping one dong, a tree-shape plug, a 3-round-ball plug,… In this selection I anticipate the usual ‘phases’ I tend to enjoy in a session, so I look for toys that best serve each of those phases: the warming up, going wide, going deep, gravity play and prostate play.

The order matters to me: playing wide tends to exhaust the sphincters, but there is some recovery if there is a pause. Going deep tends to exhaust the rectum and colon walls, which tend to recover in one day or two. Similarly in fisting, wide play is the one I might repeat a few times along a night, while deep play tends to happen once or twice only. This is also why punch fisting is about leaving the entrance destroyed, but doesn’t tend to happen with depth (unless an experienced fister with the head properly set is your partner in crime).

Other times I might do a two-humps session: wide, gentle depth avoiding too much activity, wide with more action, crazy fucking depth play and punch-style wide (with prostate play). Those sessions are done in advance of a week of chastity, exams, responsibilities that will prevent me from having dildo sessions for 2 weeks… you know… a way of really bringing the house down (with care).

Let me share now how would be a session where I would go through all the different phases, which toys I pick and the things I consider in each of the phases, with the hope that you, my dear kinky reader, find something new worth exploring.

First round: warming up with chair squats

I tend to warm up with toys that fit the rectum, which is usually around 12 cm long. Toys up to 15 cm tend to be a good start. Warming up toys should be of the size of your ass as it is now, a size that would literally jump on them in a wild fuck without damage. A short cock-shaped dildo and a few butt plugs that increase in size are my preferred options. The usual conic or oval-shaped butt plugs are great because they allow me to find the comfort zone, and allow some ‘width grow’ play as well.

I started with the Colt Plugset and then kept growing with this type of plugs, but now I’m a fan of shapes closer to Anale Grande because they are longer like a cock and the diameter grows like in a plug but much smoother.  I avoid in this phase shapes that are not smooth and rounded, as I would risk of some harm that could break all the session.

Nowadays I’m not starting anymore with kneeling. Kneeling can lead to some discomfort or even cramps if done without proper muscle warm up. This could break also the sesion as the body might get tense from the discomfort, and we want it very relaxed to play at its full capacity. This is why I go first for chair squats. Body weight and gravity helps with the fuck, so the play in the chair is a soft start, and the play itself serves as muscle warm up.

Squats on a chair and on a stool

Sometimes I have done exercise before or picked the bike. In such a case kneeling might be even better as a starter. Indeed, for a few years I did dildo parties after rollerblading or biking, as after the activity my ass is tight (maximizing the feelings) and the muscles already exhausted (less resistance, more opening).

But be careful with after-workout dildo parties if you like to use aromas., besides the headache and potentially the ability to keep the cock hard, that’s pretty unhealthy when you have your blood vessels wide open.

When doing the squats, I start with a solid surface like a chair. With a chair there is no flexibility that can ‘accumulate’ tension that is released when the toy goes inside. Differently is when later, doing the wide play, we might want to use a pillow because that push is what we want.

I found out the different feelings depending on the height. The height of the toilet lid is perfect for best ass opening and gives fabulous sensation. But it must be done with care, because those surfaces are not suitable for jumping like crazy. This is why I got a stool of similar height to the toilet lid, not shorter than this as then it becomes very uncomfortable to keep the position.

Gentle wide play

Once I feel that warming up is over, I progress with wide play. Cone plugs, round-ball plugs and tree plugs bring a continuity from the toys that I have used to start. I look for progression usually, as sudden changes tend to break my play, and I gradually progress to wider but also longer toys. In this way I can introduce depth gradually and safely.

I conquered depth by doing a play that involves relaxing and contracting the sphincter, the Kegel exercises but involving a butt plug.

How do these exercises work? With a plug whose size fits well inside, I leave it in, and then I start sitting smashing it, up and down. Once the toy is going in and out easily, I contract the ass and fuck the toy while keeping the ass tight. I adjust the strength of contraction to a point that is not harming but still offering some resistance. After a pair of minutes of this play, I increase the tension and fuck the toy harder, never at the point of hurting the sphincter.

Sometimes it seems that the way to progress is buying a new toy, but with this way of playing it’s about closing the ass keeping the same size of the plug, so the sphincter loosen gradually. I try different combinations, like tension when I fuck and then I relax while moving up so the toy falls, then contracting again…

Before moving to a wider toy, I tend to fuck the smaller one with asshole tighten, and then I swith to the wider one with the ass relaxed. This is how I conquered the wide.

Be careful not to abuse this game or be too harsh, as this can facilitate appearance of hemorrhoids. Regulate the intensity without causing irritation. Make sure you are not pushing. It’s not about pushing as if you would be shitting, it’s about closing the ass. You might have heard of pushing, but this is a different ‘exercise’ aligned to developing the (fisting) rosebud, but it’s not generally related to dildo play and not to discuss in this post.

When I’m starting to feel that the toy is not giving me anything new, I might go to the sofa, armchair or introduce pillows, conveniently covered by a bin bag and sealed with tape. Well, unless you have play-prepared pillows that you can clean well!

The surface is not firm and first will move away, so you will make more strength… until the asshole gets the width of the toy, which immediately will go inside very quickly and with all the tension the cushion/sofa have accumulated. I personally like this play once I’m very much warm up and to make the toy go inside really hard.

Deep play on the yoga mat

When starting the dildo journey, I had to be very careful with long dildos, as they could have caused big harm in the union between the rectum and the colon, which is the first bend.

My golden rule – never push long dildos. Depth is conquered slowly and being very much connected with the body, and specially in this context not to be fuelled – the deeper areas don’t have the sensitivity that allows us to know that there can be important damage.

Deep play on the yoga mat by being on all fours

To play deep, I move from the chair to the floor. I have a yoga mat on the floor covered with a bath towel. I usually go for 3 positions: on all fours first (or squats if the toy is tall and big), and later sitting and leaning my back on a cushion.

On all fours, it’s about placing a regular dildo that can keep itself standing. I start with the regular fuck lowering and rising the ass.

If the toy is quite, it’s easier to control the depth doing sort of squat while kneeling. Make sure the sole of your feet leans on the floor as opposed as when we are on all fours, in which case the insteps are leaning on the floor. It’s a matter of comfort, but just in case I’m stating this difference.

The all fours position tends to work better if the dildo is leaning in an angle against the wall, or if it’s a dildo with suction cup that I can stick to the wall. This last case is fabulous for introducing some ‘gravity play’, by attaching the suction cup a bit higher than the ‘tabletop’ level of the body.

When I sit on the floor and lean my back on the wall, I tend to use a very long double headed dong as I can easily grab it with the two hands without forcing the position. It’s not long to have it all inside, but as it has a significant weight due to the quantity of material, it serves well for ‘gravity play’ too.

In both positions, I help the toy make its way by contracting and relaxing. Again Kegel exercises! But this time a bit different.

Deep play on the yoga mat with long double headed

In wide play the point was on contracting to loosen the muscles. Now it’s about the relaxation after the contraction. When it relaxes, the intestines will “coat” the toy. With this series of Kegel exercises in depth play are the bowels the ones that adapt to the dildo. I learned to feel the second sphincter through these exercises, as this was how I made a long dildo reach that new area and go inside.

Never hard pushing, just contraction and relaxation, and adding vibration, now taking it out while contracting so the intestine is ‘sticked’ the the toy that goes out and now relaxing when gently pushing so the dildo conquers a few more milimeters, and contracting again so the intestine grabs the new depth of the toy, taking it out just a bit, and so on. Very gentle.

This type of exercise is indeed what I sometimes do when I’m being fisted on a sling, to facilitate the hand of the fister to move forward in a difficult bend – I ask the fister to keep still and I’m the one that starts relaxing and contracting the inner muscles. I might even ask the fister to gently move the end of the fingers like if you would be putting salt on the salad.

This gentle vibration combined with my contraction/relaxation moment can really help get the hand in unexplored depth. Once the hand is in the new place, the fister takes back the control and it’s about enjoying the new degree of intensity.

I cannot tell a dildo to move the rubber fingers, but I can hit the base of the dildo to cause vibrations, or use a massage wand that touches the base of the dildo. And if the toy is leaned towards our belly, we will be stimulating in this way the prostate, which will also enjoy the vibrations.

Even deeper play with gravity

I already talked a bit about gravity. If you manage to get a comfortable position where you are a bit upside down, pick a heavy toy (e.g. metal ass hammer, glass, PVC). You can experience the gravity making the dildo go inside in its own. It’s not about pushing, but letting the toy make its way.

Shake your ass and let the gravity do the rest

When being in all fours, you might try to rise the butt and lower the back, so there is a decreasing angle in your intestines rather than your back being a tabletop, or as I already mentioned, when sitting and leaning your back on the wall you might want to rise the ass with a pillow.

You just take the toy out, and let it fall, while you contract and relax to facilitate the depth. Kegel exercises again – hold the ass tight, relax, hold tight, relax, try to push out, hold tight… hands are only used to pull the toy out and prevent the toy from going out suddenly, which can be harmful if there is weight. Gravity play is all about the ass, not the hands, but it’s important to make sure that nothing leaves the ass quickly in its full weight.

I workaround this by “fixing” the dildo with the undies, but a rope that fixes the dildo or even a leather harness are good options. The magic of this game is not to interact with the dildo except through moving the ass, the heap, rising the ass, and enjoying the toy weight do everything.

A massage wand between the undies and the pants is a good recommendation, and of course, if you have a Master or play partner that can hang you upside down, better fun.

Prostate play and happy end on the bed

Most of the time I cum in any of the previous phases, or I’m so fulfilled that I just jerk to finish. But now and then I give myself a happy end in the bed facing down and with prostate stimulation, with some ‘gravity play’. This is my favorite dildo session happy ending.

The magic is in having a 15-20 cm dildo/plug that is as wide as possible, but it works wornders as well with a long dildo if it has a wider area at the 15-20 cm mark from the base, so it estimulates well the prostate. With such toy, I lay on the bed facing down, and I feel the wider area doing weight on the prostate. Optionally, I keep track pants on, so I trap the massage wand or a vibrator between the pants and the toy, well pressured. Then I close the eyes and I let a fantasy take over the situation.
